Inhabit is home to a dedicated wellness programme, including uplifting offerings such as morning meditation sessions, guided nature walks, Pilates, and five styles of yoga, from vinyasa flow to relaxing yin.
Whatever you opt for, enjoy expert guidance from our caring teachers. All classes are open to all levels, and class numbers are kept low for a more personalised experience. After a stay at Inhabit, you can expect to leave feeling rested and inspired.
