Inhabit is home to a dedicated wellness programme, including uplifting offerings such as morning meditation sessions, guided nature walks, Pilates, and five styles of yoga, from vinyasa flow to relaxing yin.

Whatever you opt for, enjoy expert guidance from our caring teachers. All classes are open to all levels, and class numbers are kept low for a more personalised experience. After a stay at Inhabit, you can expect to leave feeling rested and inspired.

This is a 30 minute mantra meditation. By adding these two beautiful elements of yoga, we fully experience the awakening of the heart and soul. Our bodies tune in and resonate with the sound of the Tibetan Bowls and assist us in being fully concentrated throughout our day.

Hatha yoga is combination of yoga postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises (Pranayama), that bring peace to the mind and body, while developing strength, flexibility and concentration. This is a slow paced class that promotes correct alignment, with poses held slightly longer.
